I am an integrated circuit design engineer and researcher with 23 years of experience in analogue, digital, and mixed-signal circuits. I graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Turkey, in 2002 with a B.Sc. degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. In 2004, I obtained a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ohio State University, USA. In 2009, I obtained a Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland. Until March 2010, I worked as a post-doctoral researcher at Lund University. In 2011, I founded MystIC Microelectronics to offer consulting services for ultra-low energy IC design. As an Assistant Professor, I worked at Ozyegin University until June 2012. From 2017 to 2021, I was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions IF Research Fellow, running the ATiNaRI project at the Section Bioelectronics of TU Delft. I have been working at Nikhef - Dutch National Institute for Subatomic Physics as a Senior IC Design Engineer since November 2021.
